Positive affirmations are a great tool that can help you get through any day, no matter how tough. Affirmations are basically positive statements that encapsulate your ideals for the way that you want to feel. Words have power and you can use this power to help you move past the negative aspects of any day, no matter how bad. When you use these statements during those tough times, you’ll replace negative thought with positive thought and you’ll instantly feel better.

There are plenty of positive affirmations out there that will help you kick start your day Many people have their own list of affirmations that they memorize or have written down so in those moments when they are ready to just go back to bed or allow for the negative experiences to take over they can call on the positive thought and change the influence from positive to negative.

When you are having a bad day you can say to yourself: “Today I can laugh at myself.

This is one positive affirmation that you can use to change the direction of your day. As you can see, these are very simple to memorize so that when you are having a hard time you have a positive thought to dwell on instead of just negative thought.

  • I find it easier to say no to distractions everyday. I am able to stay on track.
  • By keeping organized and utilizing my time wisely, procrastination melts away.
  • I celebrate my ability to take risks and dare to take a different direction.
