1. Doing the Barbell Lunges – There is ideal procedure to do this exercise. First of all you will have to keep in mind that these exercises are supposed to be done in a way and is supposed to be competed in ten repetitions. You need to handle the barbell in such a way that, they are crossing your shoulders and reaching your back. Keep your left leg in the original position and the right leg in a forward slanting position. You have to be sure that your legs are slanting in a greater way to stretch the legs. Then, let your right leg reach at the original position and repeat the same procedure with the other leg.
2. Doing the Stability Ball Leg Hinges – The Stability Ball Leg Hinges exercise spotlights on the internal thighs and legs. In this exercise first of all, you need to lie on the ground, ensuring that your back remains straight. The Next procedure should be that, you need to place a ball between your legs in such a way that the ball and the legs have some space in between them. Let your legs curve in such a way that, the legs and the thighs make a 90 degrees angle on the floor. While you are doing this exercise be in such position as if, you are sitting over an invisible chair. When you are doing this exercise, you should stand in such a position that lower legs could be moved. Let you knees bend a bit and then let you whole body come back to its original position. This exercise should be repeated about more then 25 times.
